| I provided Matrox with firmware and driver information, a Windows System Checker log, and video of the problem in action. | I, too, just got my TripleHead2Go DE out of mothballs after about 13 months of not using it. I am noticing exactly the same thing with mine. I've noticed that it's _only_ on screens that are all black (eg, loading screens or on the left and right monitor when color images are on the center monitor).... |

| My taskbar previews are small and wide, as if they were mimicking my wide resolution in Vert - . I can't find a way to make them bigger like you could in Vista. Anyone got around that yet? Does anyone know if the new Nvidia 190.62 drivers have the same old problems with 5040x1050?
I can't speak specifically to the 190.62's, but I'm running the 190.56's with the latest Matrox drivers and it's working fine. |

I received a copy of Windows 7 RTM as part of a Microsoft training event. I've got it installed and can confirm that this is still a problem with Windows 7.
Again, in XP it works fine, but in Windows Vista/7 the 5040x1050 resolution results in a black screen. |

| anyone gotten 5040x1050 to work on Vista? I can get it to work on XP, but not on Vista. On Vista, all I get is a full black screen. Eventually, I can hear sound but I never get video. |

| I just got home from work and tested 2D mode. It doesn't work. It splits the screen in half horizontally. The top half is all of the scenery and that appears to display okay. The bottom half (where the 2D cockpit should be) is all black. If I switch to 3D/Virtual Cockpit it suddenly works 100% fine. |
