On the 'quirks' side of Steam... Has anyone done the requirement for an achivement when Steam was in Offline mode, logged in a few days later and the Achievements appear? Because Just Cause 2 just awarded me three achievements, which I did ages ago on my current save, but I haven't played Just Caus...

Source engine Quake engine Hm.... unsure of which gets it. I play more Source engine games today still... but i "think" the quake engine may have been more important to gaming. Plus source engine is a derivative of the quake engine in a long waffled based discussion... so.... QUAKE engine hands down.

I'm for it - problem is, when 90% of gamers use 6-bit Twisted Nematic panels (which give poor colours to begin with) and don't even realise the problem as long as the game "works"... I worry that you're fighting a losing battle. Yeah the battle needs to be fought at the panel makers... but will peo...

I like the idea... but this is going to be really hard as it's a lot easier to post up videos/pictures of widescreen related issues... but a lot harder to do the same for colour issues and so the communication aspects required to keep an entire website devoted to that would be quite complicated from...

I think with Wings of Prey you can play the SP without logging in, but MP obviously requires logging into yuplay. So i assume it's the same as that.

When i said subscribe i meant an ongoing monthly fee like some of the other yuplay games... is that what you meant? Or just the loging in bit?

I am a god at caravan. Gambling is rubbish. Caravan is KING BABY! Had 25k before i got to vegas. Basically skipped through the outskirts area and entered straight away as i wanted a new shiny room instead of my crappy apartment. Skipped over all these quests that ended up coming back to me later on ...

Isn't there that Dragon Age DLC???

Oh and there's always just playing a summoner in an rpg and picking all the bad solutions to stuff (e.g. Divinity II: Eco Draconis) - though it'd only be 3 or 4 max in your 'army' so maybe not....

Anyone else feel as though this game hardly uses a quad core at all (yet being designed for the 360)... I reckon there's zero engine improvements in this game. And yet somehow the game crashes for me either in the first 10 mins or every couple of hrs of play. (Still a very good game... else i wouldn...

So, how is it? Should I buy? Heard it loses all value after you complete the storyline (just like Mafia 1), is this accurate? Don't really want to shell EUR 40-50 for a couple nights' thrill :? The base game is only a couple of nights thrill. It's very obvious the game has been cut up into pieces f...
