[quote][quote][quote]I think I bought Bronze. I don't really remember but 70 seems too high for what I paid. But I do have Half-Life Source so I guess it worked out for me. Maybe you bought that when it was $0.50 or whatever. 98 cents because it came out in 1998, that was to celebrate 10 years of h... |

I'm not going to resort to piracy, but I'm also not paying 60 bucks for this game...I dislike the clientside servers, but the dealbreaker is the price. I just can't justify spending more than $50 on a pc game. I know xboxers do that all the time...but that was one thing I liked about pc gaming. I'll... |

It was pretty much just luck, I used to have a 22" and i figured i had room for an extra inch. It works great though... my next project is to get real computer speakers. I think I'm going to ... |

did you try changing the resolution before you loaded the map? It didn't work for me personally...but on the steam forums I've heard a few success stories like that. I know you have retail, but i doubt there would be a difference in those regards. |

According to Steam I played 5 hours in the last 2 weeks. I probably played an hour or two of scribblenauts on my ds. It's not that i wouldn't like to play them; but I have alot of homework and need to practice for my piano lessons and stuff. I guess I'll get left 4 dead 2 and modern warfare 2, but i... |

At the same time though, Electronic Arts still thinks it can cater to the hardcore audience by harnessing new methods of storytelling and doing away with some of the stalwarts of the C&C universe. Those static-camera FMVs and long rambling monologues issued to your silent protagonist are now going t... |

i prefer linear games. they usually have a more lasting cinematic feel for me. Most non linear games tend to have repetitive missions: "Kill this guy then come home...good....now kill this guy and come home." I'm mainly thinking about farcry 2 and fallout 3. I love how in Call of Duty and Half life ... |

I've just found this monitor today and am seriously considering buying it: Dell S2409W http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/p...15&lid=1003769 $80 dollars off. Can't beat that! A few concerns though. Will the 1920 X 1080 resolution be a problem for games? And also, it has a higher response time at 5m... |

Have had it a little in a few games , although only just like shivers down my spine and such - particuarly in more realistic looking games and stuff. on a semi-related note : Anyone else get a really weird falling/vertigo sensation when you jump from really high? I used to get that feeling when I w... |

get a 16:9 with HDMI. Most PC games will support 16:9 Resolutions. I don't have an Xbox; but that's what i typically hear. You can always Pillarbox (Put black bars on the sides if your game doesn't support 16:9 resolutions. You can view the Detailed Reports of individual games to find out what Resol... |

the average widescreen gaming monitor is usually a 19" 16:10. 16:10 has more support for older widescreen games like UT2K4. If you happened to play a nonwidescreen game with it you'd lose less monitor space due to the pillarboxing you'd have to do. i suggest between 19" and 22" The best thing to do ... |

wow, blizzard really likes their money now... I always looked at them as respectable. I stayed out of WoW so the last game i bought from them was Warcraft III: Frozen Throne. And now that they're coming back they feel like a different company then what I knew back in the day. |
