Anyone having problems knowing which buttons to mash? If a wolf tackles her I keep dying. Same with the sequence when some guy chokes her, lol. I just see a red button but it doesn't tell me what it is  Had this same issue. Sometimes you have to spam your left and right movement keys, if you g...

I have a question similar to this. I run a 7680x1600 setup using dual OC'ed 5870's and a stock clocked i7 960. Given the numbers in this review, it looks as if a single 7970 would preform better then my xfire setup, even on my existing system. Can you confirm this speculation? Thanks up front. As a ...

This was incredibly useful for me, thank you. I am still running an i7 960 system with two OC'ed 5870's in xfire, but have been waiting patiently for this card and Intel's LGA2011 chips to roll out. This review has helped me choose which way to invest first, much appreciated!

THAT would suck. :? I've posted on their boards (where I'm a reg lately) and have not gotten a response on the issue... outside of trolls telling me how much of a minority I am in. Regardless, with as much as they've moddified the engine to suit this game, hopefully there will at least be a viable h...

Nice setup I88, did you have to do any config tweaks to get Crysis / Crysis Warhead to work with Eyefinity? It just crashes when I try it (probably because of the crazy res: 7680x1600). -- Post your "Command Centre" Pictures Here http://www.widescreengamingforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=2673 S...

Been enjoying somd Rainbow Six Vegas 2 as well: Had to use Racer_S' app here, as you mentioned, to enable it. I'm eager to pick up a second card and try out Crossfire in Eyefinity. Hopefully as drivers mature they will have some game profiles setup so we don't have to do as much hacking.

There's no way to play it. I've tried looking for HUD scaling values in memory and just can't find any. Thank you, appreciate you're looking into it. -- There was a post over at the softth forums about this. Basically the game itself ran perfectly but because you couldn't see the HUD/menus it rende...

One of my favorite games is Mass Effect. Having recently bought a 5870 I've been trying numerous games out with Eyefinity at 7680x1600 and I had hoped to do another play through in ME before the upcoming sequel. So, my problem is this: I can launch the game, but I only get as far as the main menu. I...

Marantz makes good stuff. where's your sound? All I see is logitechs. Its on the way I think Skeeder Indeed, they were on the way. Axioms all around (front, center, surrounds), except for the sub. That will be an HSU VTF-2 MK3, which will not be here for another week (sniffle). It's all entirely to...

I haven't tried it since the original 1.5 beta, was version 2 any better?

I'll wait for the next iteration before trying again, sad they only have one guy working on it.

Command Center huh? lol. Ok, this is still a work in progress but here you go. Still to come are a new desk (moved back into the corner), Axiom M22 fronts, VP-100 center, QS8 surrounds and HSU VTF-1 sub, plus HTPC for the A/V rack and media storage. Most the stats for the main rig are in my sig, but...

I have to pick up the TH2G yet, but the rest of the hardware is now in place:

3 x Gateway 30" XHD3000's. Looking forward to seeing familar games across all three screens. New desk and an A/V rack are in the works soon to, so this pic will change over the next month.

My mobo is a Tri-SLI board, so technically I could put three cards in it, but as I understand it that would only help me for the very few games that natively support multiple displays (such as Flight Sims, which I don't play). How does 5040x1080 look on your 30's? Regardless, thanks for the reply.

I was reading through the TH2G FAQ and noticed the highest 16:10 res it supports is 5040x1050. My Gateway XHD3000's have a pretty decent scaler, but I still can't imagine that looking too good upconverted to 7680x1600. I read some reviews on SoftTH and that looks even less promising. Is there anythi...
