Thanks for replying. That is really interesting that you have an ati card and a nvidia card with no problems. I suppose this should work for me as well then. Thanks!

Honestly, 120htz is nice if you play a lot of fast paced action games, but it's primarily for 3D gaming imo. I would go with : http://www.amazon.com/Apple-Cinema-23-inch-Flat-Panel-Display/dp/B0002ILKNQ/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1268094744&sr=8-3 Apple monitors are just offer incredible p...

Dude, I went back to a single display because I had no hope. I read your instructions with extreme skeptism, but... I followed your instructions and am on the LATEST nvidia drivers (WITH AERO AND DX 10!) on Win 7 64 bit running at 5040 x 1050. I am probably not allowed to swear in here, but I F#*KIN...

A new GXM will deff help users like us who are experiencing problems with the latest drivers.

Yes, it was the first PD that I tried since I use to use that to fix the out of range problem i was having with vista. On windows 7 it still gives me the out of range error. I am now on the 177's and tried the beta PD again; still gives me an error. I set the custom resolution and it works now. I wa...

So I used the Vista 64 bit drivers and it installed smoothly, however when I install any version of the powerdesk and ran the wizard, I would get an out of range error msg displayed on my monitor. I can then choose 5040 x 1050, but the out of range @ 50/48 htz error makes no sense. Why does it try t...

Hey guys, thanks for writing up the guide. I just upgraded to windows 7 x64 from vista 32 bit and I can't get my 5040 x 1050 working anymore. I am so jealous.

That is surround gaming taken to the extreme; especially for racing game enthusiasts!

A few questions : Do you get crazy headaches being so close to HDTV screens? Not to mention hot due to all that heat?

I apologize for bumping an old thread, but has anyone been able to run this game at 5040 x 1050? I believe the maximum resolution allowed was 4000 x 900 or something like that.

Thanks!
