Hmm, perhaps it's time to give this game another shot.

How is the HUD? Is it centered yet?

There is a way to center the hud, but the minimap and other stuff that's attached to it stay in the lower left. You'll get your ammo, health, and power indicators centered, though.

My screen size preference is from 150"-250" wide. I think my height is about 60" atm. I've been using dual projectors on a flat wall for five years now, and I definitely prefer size. I hadn't even considered a wrap-around setup until I saw your company's stuff, Chris. What I'm after is mainly immers...

I can confirm what vsFirefox has said. When I set the resolution the first time, the game worked perfectly and all UI and cutscene FOVs were flawless. Upon restarting the game, it gets all stretchy and my mouse is not where it appears to be. By changing to the single monitor resolution, then back to...

Oh man, I'm so glad I saw your post! I, too was a Dreamcast guy and have very fond memories of Jet Set Radio, which I picked up for $5 at a Best Buy bargain bin one Christmas long after it was out. Best money I've EVER spent on a game, easily. I loved Shenmue, but Skies of Arcadia is definitely my f...

Cool, Helifax. I did put 2 as the monitor number and I am using a TH2G digital edition for the monitor combo, so Windows should treat it as a single screen. That doesn't stop some games from omitting the right side of the UI, but I haven't seen that outside of Source games, and this time the UI is j...

Hello all again, I made some modifications for resolution detection, HUD Width and HUD offset calculations and Now supports every configuration from 2 monitors to 1000001 monitors:) Now for a 5 monitor config the hud will appear on the 3rd monitor. Now for a 2 monitor config the hud will appear hal...

Hey, Helifax, nice job on the Widescreen Fixer plugin! That's exactly the kind of fix that lazy people like me have been looking for XD Unfortunately, I'm using two screens, and it squishes the menu into 1/3rd of the screen width or less no matter what I put into the config. It's still totally playa...

Dude! Haldi's link totally does it! I fixed the link here: Hi Rez Screenshots I didn't even think to try searching these forums for that. lol Just use that method, Markus. You won't have to build a crazy computer, other than getting a decent Nvidia video card and you can take screenshots at any reso...

Bah, no good with the SkyUI mod. I don't know what they mean by "support for exotic resolutions" because 2048x768 sure doesn't work still. I'd use Helifax's fix like I have in the past, but it just takes a ton of tweaking to get working right on my two screen setup, since it's designed for three scr...

This is a very interesting problem. I had to do the same in Solidworks for work and found there was actually an option hidden to save an image at printer resolutions. It let me choose any size I wished and it worked wonderfully. There really ought to be a piece of software that does this for games; ...

Did you ever decide what to do, Qiten? I've had similar questions, but the setup is quite different so I'll be posting them in a new thread. From my research, the easiest thing for you to do would be get three 2X1 switches. Either of these will do: http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=...

Has anyone tried the SkyUI mod since 1.4 came out last night? The new version of the mod, released last night, claims "Support for exotic resolutions. Tested from 800x600 to 5760x2160." I noticed an option for odd UI resolutions when I was installing it last night, but I got distracted before I actu...

Hey, HaYDeN Thanks for the work on the fixes. I can actually see my gold and encumbrance now! However, none of the fixes up to 0.4b are centered on my screen. I am using two 1024x768 projectors to get a 2048x768 widescreen without a terribly noticeable seam. In all three of the latest files, setting...

Thanks for the fix, DopeFish! Might I request that you add dual monitor support for the fix, though? Or at least the option to set your own FOV, since I'm using two projectors at a total resolution of 2048x768. For now, I'll make do with the triple 5:4.

Cool, gonna try it as soon as i get my copy. :P Edit: Can anyone confirm that this will work with the retail version of Wolfenstein ? :?: It seems it does not. I've been fiddling with it all morning, and the above post did not help. I have been unsuccessful in making it not stretched.

I cannot seem to get my dual screen setup working with this either. As with Mach1.9pants, I still get the vertical letterboxing both when the fix is run in autoenable and manual enable. When enabled, however, there is a strange doublevision effect, almost as if the game was trying to be stereoscopic...

A very detailed and nice report on an excellent game! I am pleased to add that SoaSE automatically detected and supported a resolution of 2048x768 without any intervention of my own. This is the first game that I have found which did not need me to tell it about my wide resolution, and this worked b...
