OK. Got it working at last. Solution was simple once I read a few posts here.
Chose Configure at start screen and chose highest setting which is greater than 4:3.
Game started in widescreen. Looks a lot better on 3 screens as it is easier to keep sight of the mark and other boat.

Is there a guide available that tells a new guy how to go about setting up 3 screen display for a game that is not featured in the latest SGU? :)

The SGU ones are easy enough.

I have just purchased an analogue Matrox Triple Head 2 Go and have managed to connect it up and install latest SGU. Unfortunately it does not have a setting for Virtual Skipper 5 Americas Cup and I would not have a clue how to make it work. I did get Flight Sim 2004 to work on 3 screens but that was...
