Fourth option is the Matrox Triple head to go box. Has similar limitations as Nvidia surround as far as resolutions as well as more limits, a little outdated. But still an option. |

It all depends on what your happy with and what your running. Personally I'm still running XP with a Matrox Digital triple head to go. I have always tried to stick with a single card solution to my 3 screens or 3+1 screens. This is the simplest most versatile set-up for me anyway. Less driver issues... |

Kind of late in the day to note this, (I work nights and just getting going). But they have a program that is similair to fraps available for today only. I have used fraps for years but only in the free version. This looks to be the same only with features unlocked. http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/p... |

Follow this "sticky" http://www.widescreengamingforum.com/node/9196 I had to do a couple of restarts to get the 1680x1050 to work properly once I added it. But in the end it works like a champ. Not only that but when I select something that displays only in the single screen it does it automatically. |

NEC will never see another dime from me. We had two of them and one went bad within its warranty period. They could not fix it. Instead they sent us another one with same specs but different in bezel color. After questioning NEC on the exchange we decided to hook it up. Opened the box it was filthy ... |

Isnt the analog version limited to what resolutions it is capable of? Versus the digital version ,with dual dvi connector at input? Therefore it can never be capable of handling the higher resolutions that digital can. Course its early for me and Im not sure my head is out of my bu** yet, . lol |

You asked me about non gaming use with my three wide screens. I have found myself doing research alot on different subjects, only half of which I retain, (its a personal issue there of course  ). I suppose in this area the 3 screens are great but being widescreen is not essential. One thing to... |

Hehe, good post geniv2! Yea everyone on these forums should be strung up and whipped.. NOT!!!! This triple head stuff is spendy for sure. My rig specs are 3 years old, but still kicking. I can't hardly wait for my funds to return to normal to upgrade and enjoy all the newer games in full setting....... |

I wouldnt give up. If you think 1 widescreen is bliss, wellllll, then you aint seen nothing yet. Matrox has some good support and be sure to get them involved. They will get you up and running. I hate making changes to my system it seems everytime I do it takes a few to get things working right. I h... |

I used to have 3 19" LCD @ 3840X1024. And just recently switched the LCD's to 3 22". The only other hardware change was from analog TH2go to Digital Th2go. I have seen a performance hit in my games. BUt they are all still VERY playable. Some of them are newer games that require alot and I have had t... |
