PLP is a tricky one. Eyefinity is a technology only enthusiasts are likely to endulge in, 3 monitors + a brand new video card is an expensive set up, and people who previously wanted the best of the best went for 30" monitors. I suspect that a great many of the 30" onwers like myself are tempted by ...

People keep mentioning to change the game to dx9 via the launch options by right clicking the shortcut, BUT THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN HOW EXACTLY. I can't explain how extremely enfuriating this is. I found out via the 2k forums in the end, for those who dont know you need to add -dx9 to the end of the pat...

I just tried it in Vista 64bit DX9 and it works for me too ... The thing is don't just run the game and disable the DX10 stuff in the game ... Right...

Does anyone know where the actual ini file the game uses is, because I've changed settings in games (for example set the hack key to Q) and then checked all the ini files in the game dirs and none of them have q=hack anywhere. I checked the Bioshock folder in my profile under Vista but the folder is...

4:3 (4/3) = 1.333 5:4 (5/4) = 1.25 16:10 (16/10) = 1.6 If you divide the horizontal part of the resolution by the vertical part you get the aspect ratio of that resolution, e.g 1600x1200 (1600/1200 = 1.333) so 1600x1200 is a 4:3 aspect ratio 1280x1024 (1280/1024 = 1.25) so 1280x1024 is a 5:4 aspect ...

I've been playing it in 1280 960 which is actually a 4:3 (CRT) aspect ratio.

It doesn't look too bad stretched unless I'm comparing it to a non-stretched version I cannot really tell.

Chopping off a massive portion of the screen just doesn't sit well with me, I'd rather see everything.
