Can any of you tell me what values I need to enter for the following?

Set the game's resolution to 1080p, but change the aspect ratio to fit correctly with a 8:9 monitor?

Here's a thought: If I play at 1920x1080, I get full screen, no letterboxing. But of course the aspect ratio is messed up. Could I keep it at that resolution so I can have a full screen image, but change the aspect ratio in the .exe so that the image isn't stretched? Is that possible? I really, rea...

Is everyone running fullscreen or borderless windowed? Both run fine for me. I run fullscreen when I want to play a section of the game and windowed when I am using Cheat Engine. It's just not working on my setup. Here's a thought: If I play at 1920x1080, I get full screen, no letterboxing. But of ...

[quote="zens"]@murilladas

@Blinky 1600:1800= 0.89 (for the blackbars) and ur ratio needs to get fixed to 8:9[quote]

Which numbers do I change for the blackbars? And what do I change to set ratio to 8:9?

Is everyone running fullscreen or borderless windowed?

Hmmm... It should have worked. That is about all that needed to be done to get rid of the letter boxing and stretched screen. If you want, I can take a look at your .exe file if you send me a download link. Uploading it and will PM you the link. Thanks! EDIT: link sent. EDIT: I realized I can run t...

SLI users and Vista users seem to be the main beneficiaries of this patch. Single card users with XP not so much, at least according to the tests I've seen from two websites. But, individual users are posting about improvements with the patch. One very annoying thing it does is disable the rag doll/...

I had fun with the demo. Nice graphic look, and the best exploding bodies I've seen in a long time. Not sure how it would sustain itself over many levels though. I didn't miss iron sites when I played the demo but I agree--these days iron sites are a MUST. Skipped Half-Life Episode 2 just because I ...

I've got my eye on this game too. I know Boiling Point was said to have a lot of flaws, but it looked very interesting, so if this is an improved version of that, I want to check it out .... Screens seem very nice.

Game arrived - cheers Paddy! ;) Will give it a bash. ;) Might I suggest trying this mod, Paradigm? http://soldieroffortune2.filefront.com/file/Functional_Iron_Sights;84749 I like my shooters on the realistic/immersive side, and the first thing that bothered me about SOF was the big, stupid floating...

Well, I'm going to buck the trend here and say I actually LIKE the game. Yes, it's very stupid and cheesy. The story is nonexistent, the AI extremely simple, etc etc. Worse, the enemies on hard are crack shots and hide behind cover and spawn at certain trigger points and are often extremely difficul...

Thanks everyone for responding! My PC is up to snuff - I play pretty much everything maxed out at 1920x1200 ... Modded 360s can play "back ups" of xbox games, which is the only reason I would want a modded one. My main use would be for two player split-screen when a friend comes over--coop fps and f...

I'm a big PC gamer, but I also got a lot of enjoyment out of my old xbox. I'm thinking of buying a modded 360 for a couple of reasons, mainly that I like fighting games, and I love playing splitscreen coop games with a friend (Call of Duty 3, etc). I don't really care about Live ... So ... would an ...
