But have we really seen what DX10 can do? I remember the change from DX8 to DX9 was amazing, but later games pushed it even further (i.e. HL2's water, F.E.A.R.'s fire, etc.). I was disappointed with the DX9/DX10 comparison video (it was from Crysis, or at least the new CryTech engine, if I remember ... |

This game was so good on the 360 that it made me lose interest in PC gaming; honestly, though, it doesn't seem like it would make for a good mouse & keyboard shooter. Maybe Epic (it is Epic porting it to the PC, right?) can add enough to make the game require a mouse and keyboard, but right now GoW ... |

Ibrin- This should make the popup the original size of the image, plus 10 pixels for the body margins; if the image is larger than the user's resolution, the popup should become the size of their screen. Let me know if that works or not; I am looking into adding the text to notify the user that the ... |

And I'm not sure how useful that mod will be. Yes it will stop the forum from being stretched, but you still download the whole image before it resizes, so for the time it's downloading it still humgofies the page, and you don't save on bandwidth. I completely agree on this one. I think it is the p... |

That seems like an awful lot of money to spend on a racing simulator... one would be better off going to the arcade. Also, that would take up quite a bit of room; again, another reason just to go to the arcade. |

Hey, it is no one's fault :) Like I said, it really isn't a big deal at all to me, but I thought I would mention it while I was thinking about it. |

I think I am no longer 2D, but it really isn't too big of a deal to me.
I haven't played any video games in months, so I have not been able to contribute much, although I am getting my D40 soon, so eventually I hope to be able to participate in the camera threads... |

[quote]Hmm, FEAR runs at a constant FPS of about 60 on my 1900XT with everything at highest and VSYNC on. :| But what resolution are you on? Theres no way 1900xt could do that with 1680x1050. Well, my X1900xtx does. 1680x1050, everything on high, v-sync on, but I disable soft shadows. And that is i... |

Bongo or anyone else who has used both adjustable dpi and this mouse for gaming, do you miss the dpi changing and speed that comes with it especially in a fps? When I had my G7 I did a lot more gaming than I do now, but I never really switched the DPI in game. I used it a lot more for my graphic de... |

I thought Prey was pretty fun - there were times that really messed with my head, but overall I thought it was a good game. |

One other thing of note. When you log back on from Stand by, XP loads up the user selection screen first and requires you to select yourself, even if your a single user  . I spent the last couple night trying to figure out how to disable this extra work because i have a feeling it adds a seco... |

Why not use the SoftTH to accomplish this using DVI? My understanding of the SoftTH idea is that you can use digital signals to accomplish what the TH2Go does. |

Try changing the last two lines to this:
Code: SelectedResolution=1440X900x32
UseSelectedResolution=1
Let me know if that works or not. |

Does it need to physical graphics cards, are would one graphics card with dual output do the trick? Still, that could be rather useful, as SLI systems are quite common anymore. |

I remember seeing a kit somewhere for that type of thing. It was designed for combining two monitors, but I am sure you could just get two and have the middle monitor be lacking both the left and the right bezels. Unfortunately I am not having any luck with Google on this one. But if you do that tha... |

That was an awesome game until a few months before Battlefield 2 came out. It was like everyone was hacking, and many good people stopped putting up with it since BF2 was right around the corner. I had some good times with friends in that game... Anyways, it will not use any custom resolutions that ... |

I really liked the game, but, like Doom 3 and Quake 4, it is not very immersive... I have yet to really be pulled into a game like I was with HL2, but that is another story. One thing that bothers me is the way you are forced to look up or down as you go over a "corner" on the gravity walkway things... |

"]Love the Xasor Incarnate. Your setup reminds me of my old one when I had two monitors and my Xasor. And actually, I'm interested in which guns are actually real. If anything I wanna say the shotgun is and nothing else? The M4 could be, but it looks plasticy (Or maybe black paint?). And the P99 (o... |
