Update:

You don't need anything but the original DXWrap file ( I copied mine into a different location).
I have adjusted my overscan to almost nothing.
I now run at 1168x646....

I have a 57" CRT Rear Projection WS HDTV Native resolution is 1080i, but it accepts 480i/P, 720P. I used powerstrip to build a resolution of 1168x656 ( I used the speed square in the advanced timings/custom resolutions, you drag a black box to find the size you want, I was in 720P mode when I did th...
