As far as my searching has taken me, I do not believe there's any solution for Rush Hour, which is a shame because the game isn't nearly as interesting without the expansion and I can't bring myself to playing it all stretched out.

First of all, the UniWS thing seems to only work with Sim City 4, no Rush Hour expansion. I ran it before I installed Rush Hour and it worked - I got 1920x1080 and all was good. The HDMI signal itself will carry anything DVI does, which is basically anything. HDMI is backward compatible with DVI, as you probably know because I'm guessing you're using one of those simple cables with DVI on one end and HDMI on the other. FlatOut does support my resolution in the game (1920x1080) but it just appears to stretch things out, and not give you any additional viewing. It appears to just pull the available video modes from your display settings, as any game these days really SHOULD do.

It still looks really good though.
