Sure wish they would get to it. I run my monitor at 1600x1200 and it stretch's :( Though the FOV is the same as anyone elses monitor running at various sizes (Compared it at a LAN last week) |

As posted above I set my autoexec.cft file and have 1920x1200 running great (At least it looks great to me).
I have played with turning v-sync on and off. I play some really good MP guys and may have to turn it way down to keep up to some of those really good players! |

Found this on another forum. Works great on a 2405. Create a file called autoexec.cfg and paste the following into it. Then copy it over to your q4base folder. Works great on my 2405. seta com_allowconsole "1" seta r_customheight "1200" seta r_customwidth "1920" seta r_mode "-1" seta r_aspectratio ... |

Gravelayer, Go back up this topic a ways and click on the Doom3 link that was posted for the widescreen solution. Quake 4 and Doom 3 have the same game engine so the widescreen fix works. I also have a Dell 2405 FPW and I am playing Quake 4 in 1920 x 1200 with an FOV of 100. Works great. All you ha... |

That is an unsupported resolution. The game will not play at that resolution level. Thank you for co... |

You need to set 1920x1200 not 1900. It works perfectly fine for me.
Will do but there will still be the problem of part of the game screen missing, correct? |

OK got my 2405FPW the other day. I pretty much play on BF2. I set BF2 to 1600x1200 and fired it up. Game looks great and the entire screen is filled. For some reason I assumed there would be black edges on the screen at this size. I am VERY happy I bought this monitor!! In trying to set the game to ... |
