Hi all, This is an Eyefinity question, i have a 2GB AMD 5870 card and two 24" monitors, and i understand that Arma2/OA code is better performing these days, would the performance be good enough for me to consider getting a third monitor for Eyefinity gaming? i have a 2005FP and would like to run at 1680x1050 with the correct aspect ratio and FOV...............

i have to disagree there. most desktop (as opposed to LCD-TV's) that i have found are 1280x800. panasonic and sony both have ultra-notebooks using 1280x768, but as you say; most laptops use 1280x800. these split standards really bug me! first their is WXGA which can be either 1280x800 or 1280x768 th... |

Actually, 1280x800 is a 16:10 ratio res. And 1280x720 is a 16:9 ratio. 1280x768 is a sort of halfbreed of the two: neither a true 16:10 or 16:9... which makes me wonder why its just about the only widescreen res available in the lower screen sizes (it's the de facto standard for 17" widescreens on ... |

it stretches the image.

Medieval looks blurry on the laptop cos it's stretched, but i will try R:TW this evening. it's installed, but i am at work after all! ;)
