Greetings all.
I am currently playing and enjoying very much
Verdun, this game is still in Beta aviable as early access on steam.
The developers of the game support the notion of playing the game in Eyefinity/Surround however they are unsure on how to go about positioning the HUD back into the centre monitor and unfortunately, but understandably they are unable to look into this any time soon due to other more critical bugs that need to be ironed out for the greater gaming population.
I am looking to rally up a couple of folks to help me investigate the games code to then create a working proof of concept that can be submitted to the devs to implement in full as native support for the game.
I created a
stream forum thread with regards to this and am now extending to our own forums where there are more members in the know about this kind of stuff
What I have worked out is that the game uses the Unity Engine, the code is mostly in C# and various HUD elements can be found in steamapps\common\Verdun\Verdun_Data\Managed\Assembly-CSharp.dll upon decompiling the .dll with JetBrains DotPeek tool.
I have 3 free copies of the game to give away to those whom are willing to take a look and help out.
Cheers.
