Baseline (Widescreen) Solution & Issues

The game only runs in 640x480 by default; these steps enable higher resolutions (pillarboxed 4:3) and disable FMV interlacing.

Download the Enhancement Pack.
Extract into the installation folder--do not overwrite prophecy.exe if you are using the GOG.com version.
Install the OpenGL Patch.
Set your resolution and settings when prompted.
If the game crashes when launching a mission run launcher.exe in the game's folder and set anisotrophy and MSAA to 0.
