Native support. Pre-rendered cutscenes are slightly Vert- while in-engine cutscenes are letterboxed 16:9.
16:9 and wider aspect ratios show a console message at the top of the screen when first loading a cutscene or level.
Unlisted resolutions can be set in PersistentSymbols.ini in Steam\userdata\(user id)\227780\local (change persistent extern INDEX sam_iScreenSizeI and persistent extern INDEX sam_iScreenSizeJ)
Splitscreen mode splits the screen horizontally (two players) or horizontally and vertically (three or four players).
Ultra/Super-Wide (21:9/32:9) Specific Solution & Issues
Resolutions are detected in-game but might be difficult to select due to odd resolution selection behaviour. Resolutions can also be set manually in PersistentSymbols.ini in Steam\userdata\(user id)\227780\local (change persistent extern INDEX sam_iScreenSizeI and persistent extern INDEX sam_iScreenSizeJ)
All cutscenes are Vert-. The reticle is slightly larger than when using normal widescreen resolutions.
Eyefinity / Surround Specific Solution & Issues
Resolutions are not detected. Set in PersistentSymbols.ini in Steam\userdata\(user id)\227780\local (change persistent extern INDEX sam_iScreenSizeI and persistent extern INDEX sam_iScreenSizeJ)
All cutscenes are Vert-. The reticle is far too big (a different reticle can be selected in the profile settings). The player's weapon is held much further away with the end of the arm model visible.
