Baseline (Widescreen) Solution & Issues

Native support; resolution can be changed at any time from the options menu. Settings are stored in Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\config.cfg

Minor anomalies:
In 4:3 and 5:4, menus are letterboxed and gameplay is Vert+ compared to 16:10.
Roof camera view (4) shows a clipping issue in non-widescreen resolutions only.
Look Back view (5) gets slightly different on wider aspect ratios: the wider the display, the less the driver can turn his/her head.

Eyefinity / Surround Specific Solution & Issues

Patch 1.4.1. introduced "experimental" multi-mon tweaks:

%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\config.cfg

uset r_multimon_mode "0" - default: main menu, virtual mirrors and Route Advisor spanned across display.
uset r_multimon_mode "1" - centered UI.
uset r_multimon_mode "2" - centered UI, one frustum per screen (fixes "edge distortion" but better suited for 15:4 than for TripleWide

Note that the r_multimon_border_fov values are only effective in conjunction with r_multimon_mode "2 and are apparently in millimeters (not pixels).
