Hello all,
our company have release MPDB204/205/206 edge blending product.that can support 1x2,1x3,1x4,1x5,1x6,2x2,2x3,3x2,2x1,3x1,4x1,5x1 projector edge blending. that can satisfy most requirement for this maket. our product can auto generate the overlap for the projector and do edge blending with four side .and each side overlap is 0-512 pixels.

MPDB206 six Channel hardware edge blending module is a stand alone hardware edge blending device which is based on Mviewtech’s exclusive hardware video processing technology and enables easy Edge Blending to blend up to six projectors output. MPDB206 can support all the function inside MPDB205, beside it add support of six channel edge blending, which can support 1x6 and 6x1 projector layout. High resolution PC graphic card DVI or Displayport inputs are received from MPDB206 's input port and output to up to five projectors. All settings are stored in non-volatile memory and are retained even when power is switched off. Based on the unique hardware programmable flexible structure, MPDB206 features rich parameters set to fit different projection environments.
MPDB206 can be easily configured to support different layout of projectors, horizontal and vertical expansion can be made independently or together, which can support 2x2,2x3,3x2,1x2,1x3,1x4,1x5, 1x6, 2x1,3x1,4x1,5x1,6x1 layout freely.
Processing includes data doubling to generate overlapped projected regions as well as edge-feathering of the overlapped images. The amount of data overlap (blending width) and the edge feathering transfer function are fully user-programmable.
Pixel-to-pixel accurate very high resolution map is the inherent feature which made MPDB206 an idea solution for to support virtually any edge-blend application with images from multiple projectors aligned horizontally or vertically to create unusual displays. Feature rich graphic processing include Gamma correction, programmable blending curve, black level compensation, programmable blending width and high resolution edge feathering are employed to compensate for many of the problems faced when blending projectors. Special preparation of the video in advance is not necessary, since all processing is done by the internal hardware of the device.
Each output can be driven as DVI or analog RGB (DVI-I compatible). Its output will keep per pixel accuracy to its input, no frame and pixel lose will be made.
