Baseline (Widescreen) Solution & Issues
16:9 is natively supported and does not require any third-party tool.
Other aspect ratios require the JASF Aspect Ratio Fixer made by General Admission. Run the tool and select your desired aspect ratio (basically 16:10). Then run the game and select your resolution from the launcher app.
JASF Aspect Ratio fixer only works with the Steam version of the game at the moment. 15:9 is slightly stretched (using the fix for 16:10) or squished (default forced 16:9 aspect). Loading screens and some UI elements (Accept/Back buttons) that are formatted for 16:9 stretch in other aspect ratios.

Eyefinity / Surround Specific Solution & Issues
Use JASF Aspect Ratio Fixer to activate 3x 5:4, 3x 16:10 or 3x 16:9 support. A handful of custom bezel-compensated resolutions are also provided, just pick the one closer to your desired aspect ratio.
Then run the game and select your resolution from the launcher app.
