Rendered cut-scenes are Vert- but this only causes the cinematic black bars to disappear, so you don't actually lose any of the rendered view and therefore has not been downgraded because of it.

HUD spanned across all 3 monitors makes for very inefficient use during gameplay, as the command controls and mini-map is always in peripheral vision and requires large mouse movements to access.
